A disappointing day for the lads as they didn't play to their strengths, letting Longford in for 7 relatively easy tries. Enniscorthy were ahead 21-20 during the 2nd half but a succession of basic line mistakes and poor tackling led to Longford utilising the wide open space on the wings. The boys are aware of the mistakes, took it on the chin, understand the job at hand and are ready for the next game in Tullamore Sunday 18th 3pm.

2 tries from Owen O'Sullivan, 1 from Adam Ryan and 100% conversion from Culainn Corcoran (1) and Jack Deegan (2).
