The U14 boys put in a determined performance against a strong Gorey side, battling right to the final whistle.

While the result went Gorey’s way, the boys showed clear improvement on last year’s performance against the same opposition. They never gave up and continued to battle throughout, showing plenty of heart, commitment and team spirit.

Owen O’Sullivan and Jack Deegan both crossed the line for tries, with Jack also adding a conversion.

Special mention must go to Cillian Atkinson, whose excellent wing play and covering tackles were a real highlight of the game.

A tough match, but plenty of positives to take forward. Well done lads! 💪🏉
