A huge well done to the South East Lions who were crowned the Paul Cusack Cup champions last week after a commanding display against their old rivals Kilkenny RFC. What an achievement on top of their recent promotion. Full match report here : https://www.enniscorthyrugby.com/articles/184958. They take on New Ross tonight at 7.30 in a repeat of last year's final of the Bryan Murphy Cup. This is a very special competition for the club as it remembers the late Bryan Murphy.  Bryan was of a family which have been so central to the history and development of our club over many generations.  Bryan himself was a club member and player who went on to serve as a referee in Leinster. Bryan was very supportive of Women's rugby including in his role as a referee. We hope to see you all tonight.

Hard luck to the J1s who had a heartbreaking loss to Gorey on Sunday, the team played so well and battled hard to the end, only to have victory snatched by a last minute score from Gorey. They made us all very proud with their performance.

Well done to the U18 Girls who won their League Final against De La Marys on Sunday. It was a close game that ended with a 26-26 draw, Enniscorthy being crowned winners by virtue of scoring first. Congratulations girls. Finally congratulations to the U14 Boys who won the Divison 2 Shield final against the Midland Warriors on Saturday, what a great way to finish out your reason, well done boys.

Congratulations to the winners of the April 300 Club draw, we appreciate your ongoing support.

Our Youths Awards night will take place on the 8th of May at 7pm in the Clubhouse. As well as the awards there will be music bingo and a disco.

The club Annual awards night and volunteer bbq will take place from 7pm on the 16th of May. This is a our opportunity to recognise our players and to thank our volunteers for everything that they do for the club.

The very best of luck and a safe game to the Lions in their game tonight. I hope everyone gets to enjoy the Rockin Food Festival over the bank holiday weekend.
