We've a busy weekend of rugby ahead as we host Skerries at home tomorrow in Round 16 of the AIL. Given recent form we'll be hoping to take a result away from that clash. Massive game for the South East Lions in their hunt for promotion to Division 2 on Sunday in Gorey RFC. They take on Arklow who are fighting to avoid relegation, kicking off there at 2pm. The Thirds are in action in the Anderson Cup at 3pm in Clane on Sunday. As we close out the Youths season we have just two games this weekend, full details on ClubZap.

The Clubhouse will be open after the game tomorrow with the Leinster v Glasgow Warriers game on and then music with Shane Murphy immediately afterwards.

Our President Liam Spratt and his team will be putting on a President's Lunch for our fixture against Malone on April 4th. More information and booking form to follow.

Congratulations to the CBS Senior team who beat Drogheda Grammer 58-45 and now go through to the Leinster Schools Senior Shield final. It was a high-scoring and tense game. They will meet St Conleth's in the final next week, location and time to be confirmed.

We are delighted to have completed the first phase of our sustainability works, with all the internal lights upgraded to LED and the addition of presence sensing controls. Further works planned include the upgrade of the bar refrigeration systems and the addition of solar panels to make the club more sustainable and reduce running costs. Both these projects will be kicking off shortly. We would like again to thank Slaney Meats for their extremely generous funding that has contributed to these projects and to Wexford County Council for their grant. As ever, Terry Kavanagh has done massive work on these projects and he has also managed to negotiate a 10% discount for all club members for EnergyServ solar panels. We will shortly share with you a specific landing page for our club members where you can take advantage of the offer.

The very best of luck and safe rugby to everyone playing this weekend, it is great to see the sunshine out and the ground drying up.
