A big game for South East Lions on Sunday when they take on Greystones. They are ahead of us in the League with just two games to play. That game kicks off at 1.00 in Dr. Hickey Park. J1s take on Monkstown at home on Sunday at 3.00. Best of luck to all our teams competing this weekend.

A big thank you to all our supporters for taking part in the 300 Club Draw again this year - we have filled all 300 slots and the first draw will take place shortly. Watch out for updates on social media.

On Saturday, at the Bruff AIL pre-match lunch, the family of the late Jamesie Nolan presented his 1934 Provincial Towns Cup winning medal and team photo to the club. Our sincerest thank you goes to the Nolan family for their presentation and to Niall Wall for so eloquently summarising Jamesie's life and sporting achievements. Thanks to Pat Kelly and the subcommittee, we have now selected a provider for our new match grade lights. Works will commence after the season ends. Thanks again to all our supporters who helped fund this important development.

The Clubhouse will be open for the Ireland match tomorrow.

Congratulations to Katie Whelan on her selection for the Ireland Rugby Sevens squad playing in Vancouver.

We wish a safe weekend for all our players, do come out and show your support.

Annette Soraine,
Chairperson
