A strong performance last Saturday saw us take away a well-deserved 12-7 win against Dolphins. While the Cork men battled under the posts for a sustained period late in the second half, our defence held and denied them a much sought after draw. We head to Monkstown tomorrow, sitting a point behind us in the table it is sure to be a well contested match. South East Lions take on Kilkenny away on Sunday, while we have a quieter Youths schedule this weekend. Best of luck to all the teams in action this weekend.
I'd like to thank Club President and his team for an excellent pregame lunch last weekend. Despite power outages and other storm damage they managed to feed over 70 people. The talks from our guests Mick Kearny and Ed Murphy were very interesting. All in all, a great success, well done Gerald. Thanks also to Colin Cahill who kept us up and running on power and had the clubhouse looking very festive.
It is that time of year when we will launch our 300 club draw for 2025. Thanks to all our supporters of the draw. It allows us to keep our facilities up to date and to plan for future developments. We would greatly appreciate if you would support us again this coming year. Keep an eye out on social media and your email for more information. (https://www.enniscorthyrugby.com/products)
